SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud have won 2025 Buyer’s Choice Awards from TrustRadius, a leading B2B software review platform.
The TrustRadius Buyer’s Choice Awards, formerly called the Best of Awards, are based entirely on verified, unbiased customer reviews. They rate products that excel in three critical areas: capabilities, value for price, and customer relationship.
According to TrustRadius, the Buyer’s Choice Awards have higher standards for qualification than the previous awards. In order to qualify, vendors needed 10 or more new reviews between Jan. 1 and Sept. 26 of this year, and at least 75% of reviewers choosing their product as the best in all three areas.
