Chris Ward is a practiced writer and editor, having worked as a journalist covering technology, marketing and customer service since 2011. Prior to this he worked as a copywriter for creative agency, Stranger Collective and subsequently worked on publications including Business Cloud News and Outsource Magazine, before joining MyCustomer.com in 2014.
