John worked as a content marketing specialist for SAP Customer Experience until 2023, when he decided to take some time off and enjoy this thing called life. John continually demonstrated how businesses could benefit from the company’s solutions through content creation, global campaign execution, and product marketing initiatives. Before that role, he supported the Gigya marketing department as a copy writer. His previous independent contracting work included writing content for digital marketing firms and small businesses.
Going back even farther, he worked as a technical writer and instructional designer for large Beltway contractors around Washington DC – serving clients such as NIST, the Air Force, and the US Department of Justice.
He enjoys spending time with his family, riding his Peloton bike and watching NBA basketball… even though his favorite team – the Wizards – loses too much.
