Liz Miller is Vice President and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research focused on the cross-functional team sport known as customer experience. Her research spans all three functions commonly associated with the front-lines of experience delivery, specifically, sales, customer service and support, and marketing.
A 30-year marketing veteran, Miller offers guidance on the leadership, business transformation and technology requirements for delivering on modern CX strategies and focuses in on how sales, service and marketing organizations can effectively transform business models to stay competitive in the shifting digital landscape. Among her key areas of focus are the evolution of cross media customer engagement, the business demands on today’s chief marketing officer, the rise of chief customer and experience officers and the key trends shaping storytelling, content and technology’s role in redefining brand security.
Prior to joining Constellation, Miller oversaw research, programs and content for the Chief Marketing Officer Council, developing thought leadership agendas for CMOs around the globe. Miller has also counseled numerous organizations on business strategy and competitive messaging, working with globally recognizable marketing, advertising and security companies to hone winning strategies. Liz is a skilled moderator, facilitator and speaker, engaging C-suite executives in hundreds of industry webcasts and roundtables, keynote presentations and panels around the globe.
