Reza Soudagar

Reza Soudagar is the author of Customer Experience Edge and has more than two decades of experience in business consulting, IT strategy, and the development of CX solutions. He held senior leadership positions at Accenture and Oracle, serving clients serving clients across the globe. Currently, Reza leads solution management for Sales and Service at SAP. Reza has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and completed an executive education under program under Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School.
