What topic do you love to write about?
I am passionate about the B2B technology space and believe it is about to undergo dramatic changes as a result of social, cloud and mobile. In particular, I am excited about how social and crowdsourcing are disrupting the enterprise tech buying process.
What is the future of customer engagement and commerce?
I believe that the future will be based on social buying. Peer opinion fills the need of buyers to understand how products and services work in similar situations and can cut through marketing hype.
