Stephanie Thum, CCXP started her career in customer experience in the B2B world, and eventually became one of the U.S. federal government’s first agency-level heads of customer experience.
She has advised private sector companies and governments around the world on customer experience strategies and tactics. Before starting Practical CX, she was the chief advisor of Federal customer experience at Qualtrics.
