Tony has over 25 years of hands-on experience leading innovation, business development, product marketing, and marketing strategy across all sectors of the insurance industry. Having been at EIS for seven years, Tony was instrumental in leading the company’s expansion into Group and Worksite insurance markets. Prior to joining EIS in April 2013, he was with The Hartford for 10 years, serving in Strategic Initiatives. Tony helped to create an Open Innovation program, which led to rapid prototyping and launching of new products and created and launched several businesses at The Hartford. As the Chief Marketing Officer for EIS, Tony brings both insurance expertise as well as a technology background to the role.
